Enjoy eating and drinking in medieval ambience, in Rothenburg’s oldest house. Specialities are served on earthenware and wooden boards. Each guest selects the meal he prefers or he can try something from all. Options include local, Franken sausages & sauerkraut, savory spareribs with baked potatoes, and luscious lamb cutlets.
Dinner starts with Franken potato soup, famous farmer-bread and homemade schmaltz. Vanilla ice-cream with fruit preserves provides a sweet ending. We can accomodate 10 – 55 people for a country style dinner.
